APN 2011主题：团圆 (reunion)

 大家注意咯~   辛卯年即将来临，

我们APN group在辛卯年的主题是：团圆 (tuan yuan)，英文即是Reunion的意思。
团圆，常用语言，意指分离的人重聚在一起，也用于戏剧情节。中国素有中秋、除夕等节日为此纪念，因此不少音乐歌曲、电视电影甚至于菜谱都以此为名。所以我们APN 2011的口号是以团圆为主，“欢送庚寅丰念岁，喜迎辛卯庆团圆”。

所以团圆~对华人来说非常重要，因为它代表着亲属团聚的意义，不但显示出团结就是力量，也让我们知道不管我们走到哪里，千万别忘了~我们的家人在等我们回家团聚！

这个主题不但切合我们学生流落他乡求学，思念家乡的心情，也是想再一次提醒大家，别把我们华人的传统美德给遗忘了~或许有些家庭一年会举办多次家庭聚会，可是并不是每一次大家都能在百忙中抽空出席，所以许多的家庭聚会都会在新年时举办。尚若你没办法出席，那岂不是很可惜吗？或许身为大学生的我们，会发觉当人长大后，过新年时已经没有孩童时期时过得那么开心和热闹了，所以回不回家过新年也是如此而已。不过请大家仔细想想，我们的父母，他们永远都在等着他们的孩子回家团聚。所以，无论发生什么事，有时间请回家看看你们那受尽岁月吹残，年纪老迈的父母吧~没有任何人比他们更加的疼爱和想念你们！

所有人都知道，我们华人很重视年三十晚那一天晚上的“团圆饭”，无论小孩或大人务必参与，我也不知道为什么，我只知道从小爷爷和奶奶就是如此的教导我们，吃团圆饭时~一定要等全部人到齐，一起用餐~团团圆圆的。我想，不会有任何一个家庭在吃团圆饭时到朋友家打扰吧？？？所以我个人认为，今年ntv7, one fm和八度空间推出的“团圆饭”这首新年歌曲，很感人也很有意思所以特别把它介绍给大家~希望透过这首歌曲，大家会有所领悟~

 

The theme that our APN group decide to use are “Reunion”, we will like to bring out this spirit through this activity.

The term of Reunion was used as a common word in the Chinese community. It means that people that are usually far apart is now gather together. It is also commonly used in the Chinese opera. Chinese festival includes the Mooncake festival and reunion dinner. Thus, there are plenty of Chinese songs; Chinese New Year movie and even Chinese dishes also tend to use the word “reunion”. Thus, we decided to use the word “reunion” too, for our slogan.

Reunion is very important for the Chinese because it brings the meaning where all the family member gets the chance to gather and reunite. It not only shows the reunion will holds strength among the family, also, it reminds us to always remember the existence of our family member which are far apart that are always awaiting for us to go home.

This title not only represents us as a student’s that are staying far apart from our lovely home to seek knowledge. The feeling of home sick will always remind us not to forget about our Chinese traditional virtue. There are families who will have a few gathering in a year. But is it sad to say that people seldom attend their‘s family gathering due to work burden. Thus, the family gathering are always planned to be held during Chinese New Year. So, it would have been a pity if you have even missed the only planned family gathering during the Chinese New Year. 

As an university undergraduate student, we realized that as age grows, Chinese New Year festivals are no longer gives the feeling of hapiness. Thus, we do not really care whether we were to go home or not. But, please do think twice. Our lovely parent always waiting for us to returns home one day and reunite with them. 

So, dear friends.... no matter what has happen, do spend some time to travel back home and pay a visit to your dearest parent who getting older by time. No one in the world will love you more than your parent do.

It is well known that we Chinese people always take the reunion dinner importantly. Thus, no matter adult or children must take a part in the reunion dinner planned. I do not know why it is so, but I was taught by my grandpa and grandma ever since I was a kid. Everyone must present in the reunion dinner. Only then the dinner shall begin. Thus, there are hardly any one will be visiting the friend house during the reunion dinner. 

In my opinion, many opinion include the ntv7, the one fm and the 8tv organizers have promoted this Chinese New Year song, namely the “Reunion”. It is a very touching and meaningful song, thus it is specially recommended to everyone by us, in the hope that everyone will understand the meaning of “Reunion”.
